性能特點(diǎn)：

一、瞬間固化干燥，生產(chǎn)效率高，節(jié)省時(shí)間。輸送帶運(yùn)行順暢不跑偏，并可無極調(diào)節(jié)輸送速度。

二、使用進(jìn)口特氟龍網(wǎng)帶，耐高溫，耐摩擦，耐輻射，可與其他生產(chǎn)線對(duì)接配套使用，方便可靠。

三、UV系統(tǒng)燈管可獨(dú)立控制，采用鋁鎂合金燈罩，聚光型設(shè)計(jì)，配合帝龍科技獨(dú)創(chuàng)的吸風(fēng)、運(yùn)風(fēng)散熱系統(tǒng)，防止了產(chǎn)品因?yàn)闇囟冗^高而變型；防止傳送中因運(yùn)風(fēng)問題吹動(dòng)產(chǎn)品和工作中高溫的UV燈接觸燙、燒壞產(chǎn)品。

四、產(chǎn)生的熱量通過排熱系統(tǒng)排出室外，不影響車間的工作環(huán)境。

五、非常適合用于：水轉(zhuǎn)印花紙、普通紙張，各種薄膜，包裝紙盒、布料、彩晶玻璃等產(chǎn)品的UV光固化。根據(jù)所需UV光固化產(chǎn)品的特性不同，我公司可不同規(guī)格，不同性能專業(yè)訂造。

2.High quality Teflon belt that high temperature resistant, rub-resistant, and radiation resistant. It is able to couple with other production line.

3.UV lamps is able to control independently. Adop the aluminum-magnesium alloy lampshade with gather light design. Be connect with our own suction/circular heat emission system, preventing the product out of shape bcz of the high temperature; prevent to move bcz of the air blowing in transit and the UV lamp burn out the product in working.

4.The Heat air go out of the workshop through heat rejection system. Don’t effect the workshop environment.

5.Suitable for : water transfer decal papers, normal papers, various pellicles, packing boxes, fabric, color crystal glass etc.

6.Depend on the character of the various product, our company accept the different spcification order.
